- Jump on step squat then lateral raise
- Burpees with shoulder press
- One hand row in plank position
- Supermans on bosu
- Lat pull over on Body ball
- Squat hold with bicep curl
- Tricep dips on step
- Hamstring curl on body ball
- Core Body ball toss
- Body ball for the obliques/ side twist
Oh! Did I mention that I've reach the 10 lb mark? I have 5 lbs more to lose and I'll be at my goal weight for my birthday.
